Cranberry Walnut Sourdough
Our Daily Sourdough loaded with toasted walnuts and dried, sweetened cranberries. Made daily.
Multigrain Sourdough
This dense, chewy loaf is packed with organic whole grains and seeds. It is naturally leavened with our sourdough starter and topped with rolled oats and sunflower seeds. Made Tuesday and Friday.
Kalamata Olive Sourdough
Daily Sourdough with lots of delicious Kalamata olives and rosemary added to it. Made Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Dasem (whole wheat sourdough)
This whole grain bread has a deliciously distinctive sour flavor. “Dasem” is a Scandinavian word referring to a coarse whole grain sourdough bread. Made Wednesday.

Ciabatta
This Italian flatbread has a porous chewy interior and a thin crisp crust. A remarkable combination of rustic, country texture and refined complex flavor! Made daily.

SPELT
Speltberry Sourdough
This bread is made with a sourdough spelt starter, and has no commercial yeast. Made Monday and Thursday.
Cranberry Walnut Spelt
Our naturally leavened Speltberry Sourdough loaded with delicious cranberries and toasted walnuts. Made Thursday.

RYES
Pumpernickel
This dark German rye has a lighter texture with a hint of molasses and caraway. Made Tuesday.
New York Rye
An excellent deli rye with caraway. Made Thursday.
Finnish Rye
A moist, dense, naturally leavened, whole grain bread with the added nutrition of flax seeds. Molasses adds just a touch of sweetness. Made Friday.

Bagels
Our bagels are shaped by hand and allowed to rise overnight. In the morning they are boiled and then baked to a golden brown. Made daily.
