Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse ~ A two layer cake consisting of two thin ladyfinger sponge cake layers and two dark, bittersweet mousse layers. Drizzled with chocolate ganache and topped with white chocolate shavings.
Chocolate Tiramísu ~ This classic Italian dessert is enhanced by the addition of rich chocolate. The six layers are composed of moist chocolate cake soaked with an Espresso-Kahlua syrup, mascarpone chocolate mousse, and a gooey Rum and Marsala zabaglione.
Blueberry Cheesecake ~ Our classic cream cheesecake topped with fresh blueberry puree and garnished with kiwi slices.
Chocolate Raspberry Layer Cake ~ Rich devil’s food chocolate cake filled with a creamy raspberry filling and frosted with vanilla buttercream.
